Nova, Dineout and its shareholders have reached an agreement on Nova’s investment in addition to a partnership between the companies. Nova enters the shareholders group of Dineout and the companies will cooperate on product development and new solutions. Nova acquires 20% in Dineout along with a seat on the company’s board. Furthermore, Nova has the option to increase its stake in the coming years. Simultaneously, a financing agreement for the development of new solutions was signed in strategic collaboration with Nova.
